What we collect, and why.

This website is operated by Slate & Anchor Studio, a founder-led web studio based in Canberra, Australia, serving clients in the UK and worldwide. You can reach us at any time about your data at hello@slateandanchorstudio.com.

Audit brief. When you request a website audit we collect the website URL (optional), your business type, your goals, a description of your target customer, and any homepage screenshots you choose to upload.

Report unlock. To unlock the full dossier we collect your email address, and optionally your name and company.

Strategy call requests. If you request a strategy call we collect your name, email, company, country, the service you are looking for, and optionally your current website, budget range, availability and any message you include.

What we don't collect. This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party marketing cookies. The only storage on your device is what the platform strictly needs to keep your session working.

We use the information you provide to produce your audit dossier, deliver it to you, follow up on your enquiry, and respond to your messages. We don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

The audit itself is produced by a structured, AI-assisted analysis: your brief and any screenshots are sent to an AI model (via the Base44 platform) together with our senior-strategist scoring rubric. The AI returns the scores, findings and recommendations; our studio team uses that output to prepare your dossier and any follow-up.

When you submit a form, the studio receives an internal notification email, and where relevant you receive an automated confirmation email.

This app and its database are hosted on the Base44 platform. Emails are sent through Base44's email service, and the audit analysis is processed by AI models made available through Base44. These providers operate data centres that may be located outside Australia and the UK, so the information you submit may be processed in other countries — including the United States — under those providers' own security standards.

We keep submissions only as long as they serve a business purpose — typically while your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the information you've shared, by emailing hello@slateandanchorstudio.com. We will action reasonable requests promptly.

Lead records are stored with strict access controls: only the studio's admin account can read them, and public pages never expose other visitors' data.
